The bending department utilizes fully programmable, multi-axis press brakes and a large complement of precision punches & dies. With 4ft., 10ft. & 14ft., bed lengths and up to 240 tons.

We carry a wide variety of press brake and forming tooling to bend and form most metals. Protective tooling techniques aids in eliminating die marks, scratches and marring on the sheet metal. Complex parts such as metal U-sections or channels with different profiles are produced by performing a series of bends. Dimensional repeatability, as well as tight tolerances, are possible with this process. Burrs and fractures on the outside of the bends can be eliminated by using larger bend radiuses and by providing relief notches at the edges of the bend line.
